Post-study work visa rules of France for PG students are not very rigid. All the students who complete a PG course from a French university can apply for a temporary residency permit of 1-2 years. However, the students must leave the country if they are unable to secure a permanent job in the country in 2 years. Furthermore, the country also offers post-study visitor visas to students who complete their masters or Ph.D. from a French university to help them keep roots with the country in case they move to another country.
